TIME LOST

On the morning of April 26, 2003, I was on my way to meet four colleagues at the Rio Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, when something totally unexplainable happened. But before I go any further I need to share some background information.
I'm a supernatural, paranormal, and extraterrestrial researcher, and author. On March 26, 2003, my wife and I made a trip to Pagosa Springs, Colorado to meet with my publisher for a planning session. While there we interviewed two people who shared a lot of intriguing information with us regarding Dulce, New Mexico, and Archuleta Mesa. The knowledge I gained left me with a burning desire to know more, and I spent most of the next two weeks researching the alleged U.S. Government / Alien underground facility at Dulce, specifically beneath Archuleta Mesa.
While conducting my research I read an article that had been written by people who claimed to be very interested in proving the existence of UFO’s, and the alleged Archuleta Mesa underground facility. But their article concluded there was no evidence to support that such a facility existed, and they presented convincing data, which on the surface appeared to be very logical. But something didn't ring true as I read it, and I ended up perusing the article three or four times trying to determine the reason. The article referenced specific claims and allegations that had been investigated, followed by the factual findings. After I carefully considered and weighed all aspects I determined what it was that I had been wrestling with, the article had been written without logic.
The article, which had been written by Club U.F.O. members was titled The Dulce Report, Nbr 920527, dated May 27, 1992. Club U.F.O. staff members are former military personnel who have all been associated with intelligence activities, and it was stated that they have knowledge of covert government operations concerning UFO’s. It was further stated that the staff member’s knowledge in the specialized field of “intelligence correlation,” provides unique insights into various subject matter.
The Dulce Report specifically referred to information released to the public by Paul Bennewitz regarding UFO activity in Dulce, New Mexico, and an alleged underground installation at Archuleta Mesa. This facility was supposed to have been jointly operated as part of an on-going program of cooperation between the U. S. Government and the EBEs. Mr. Bennewitz was a scientist who operated an electronics company in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He devoted a tremendous amount of time and effort to prove the existence of UFOs. To obtain detailed information regarding Mr. Bennewitz and what he learned, log onto:
The members of Club U.F.O./Phoenix Project concluded thatthere are no public records, nor is there any physical evidence to substantiate the idea that there is an underground base at Archuleta Mesa. A search was conducted of County building and construction permits and records, and local residents were interviewed to determine if any large-scale civilian or government construction projects ever occurred in the area from 1930 to the present. There were no County records to substantiate any large-scale construction projects, excavation or mining activity in the area. Local residents have no memory of any government installation, civilian or military ever having existed in this area.
Below is the next item in the Report that I found to be of particular interest.
“Please note. None of the foregoing criteria exist, or have existed, in or around the Town of Dulce or anywhere on the Jicarilla Apache Indian Reservation. Nor do they exist in any other “remote areas” where there are suspected U.S. or joint U.S\Alien bases.
Thus, one can only conclude that such bases cannot remain “hidden” in remote areas. Someone will always know or remember that something strange is going-on in any remote area.”
The last two sentences are 100% correct. In my opinion people DO know, and they ARE remembering and talking about their experiences. I have talked to many people that live in “remote” areas, and they have very interesting accountings of strange activities that fall into the category being downplayed in The Dulce Report.
It finally hit me why the article’s conclusions didn’t make sense. Come on folks! It is common knowledge among a multitude of US citizens, and most likely many citizens of other countries throughout the world, that the US Government has many clandestine operations that are never made public, nor are there any public records confirming that any one of the projects ever existed. Given that fact, it is no wonder that the staff members of Club U.F.O. (who are former military personnel that were associated with intelligence activities and who purportedly have knowledge of covert government operations) could not find any record of permits being obtained, nor any public records regarding the project. If the staff members truly have the background that is stated in the article, then one must conclude that they knew from first hand experience that none of the public records they were looking for would be found in any of the locations that they searched. And one must assume that their mission was strictly to confuse the public with bad information. Think about this for a moment: If the government conducts an operation that it wants kept totally secret, would it create public records for its citizens to peruse?

Shortly after my first book was published I had an idea that would help me conduct in depth research regarding UFO’s. It was perfect for my purposes because I would not appear to be searching out that particular subject matter. Whenever I am in a group of people that I haven’t met, I let them know I am an author who writes about the unexplainable. Then I share one or more of the experiences that my wife, children, and I had when we lived for a long two and a half months in a very unfriendly haunted house. In addition, whenever I have a book signing I begin my talk by sharing one of my family's experiences in that haunted house, and in turn I ask each of the attendees to share an unexplainable experience they had. Using this tactic has resulted in numerous credible interviews regarding UFO and paranormal experiences, some of which have been extremely informative.
One of the more recent interviews was with a woman that gave me details about a very interesting encounter that she and her family had experienced. They lived in a home surrounded by huge open fields that bordered a dense forest in rural Maine. She said that it was 9 PM, and she knew the time because her husband had just turned on the TV for the family to watch a two-hour movie. Just as it was starting they saw a bright light out in the field to the left front of the house. It was not like anything they had seen before. Her husband, their two children and she walked out onto the front lawn to see what was going on. She told me that they saw a circular bright light at the end of the field near the woods. It was about 200 feet above the treetops, and as they watched it rapidly ascended a considerable distance, then it came back down to almost the same treetop level, and then rapidly accelerated upward once again, quickly going out of sight. They never heard a sound of any kind come from the object as it performed its acceleration and deceleration maneuvers. When the object disappeared into the night sky they assumed that the phenomenon was over, and she, her husband and their two children went back into the house to watch their movie. Each of them thought that they had been outside for just a few minutes, and were totally astounded when they found out there were only 15 minutes left of the two-hour movie.
This event happened in 1992, and it completely changed the adult family member's lives, which ended up leading to a divorce and other stresses. This woman had a history of lower back problems, and prior to 1992 had gone to a Maine chiropractor for treatment. Before administering any manipulative procedures the chiropractor took x-rays of her lower back area, and that is an important factor in this accounting. After her divorce she moved to Massachusetts, and when her pain reoccurred in the small of her back, she went to a local chiropractor.
The Massachusetts chiropractor also took an x-ray of her lower back area prior to giving her treatment, and after it was developed he asked her when she had been shot. Once she got over the shock of the question she told him that she had never been shot. He showed her the x-ray and pointed to four round pellets clustered together in her pelvic region, and asked her how they got there.
She had no idea. She had no scars that indicated an entry point and her curiosity grew. She called her chiropractor in Maine and requested a copy of her x-rays. The day after they arrived she brought them to the Massachusetts chiropractor. When he compared the Maine chiropractor's x-rays to his, the old x-rays showed no evidence of any pellets in her pelvic region!
Just before I concluded the interview she told me one final piece of information that, in my mind, put everything into its proper prospective, especially since it was related to Dulce, NM and Archuleta Mesa. She told me that ever since she experienced her “loss of time” in 1992, she has had a constant driving desire to go to Santa Fe, New Mexico, and she has no idea why. She has no relatives there, and as far as she's concerned she is strictly a New England type woman.
I did not share with her any of the knowledge I had gained while researching Dulce and Archuleta Mesa, simply because I did not want to put any ideas in her mind. But I did give her several websites to check out. I also told her that the information in those websites might ring some bells for her, and I asked her to call me once she had finished her research.

All of the afore information brings me back to the unexplainable event that happened to me on April 26th. As I was driving east on Desert Inn Road, on my way to the meeting at the Rio Casino, I decided to call a friend of mine that I had adopted over a year ago as a mentor. His daughter answered the phone and told me to call back in about two hours. At that point I was at a stoplight on Rainbow Boulevard and Desert Inn. The light turned green just as I ended the call, and I checked the dash clock in the van to see what time I should call back. I noted that it was 10:30 AM (at least I thought it was).
Just after crossing over Rainbow I felt a shimmering type sensation pass through the upper half of my body, front to back. I shook my head trying to understand what the heck that was all about when I saw a street sign coming up. I was in total confusion when it turned out to be Arville Street, especially since the next intersection after Rainbow was Torrey Pines.
Arville was past the point where I had intended to turn off Desert Inn and cross over to Flamingo Road, and my confusion grew to new heights when I saw that the clock on my dash still read 10:30 AM. Arville is a little over 2.5 miles from Rainbow, and light Saturday morning traffic or not, it's not possible to travel 2.5 miles through Las Vegas in less than a minute. As luck would have it, Arville was an OK place to be since the next major intersection was Desert Inn and Valley View Boulevard, and the Rio Casino just happens to be on the corner of Valley View and Flamingo. But then again, was it really luck, or was it providence?
One of the individuals that I was meeting at the Rio is an accomplished dowser, and based upon what I have seen him do, I have a deep respect for his skills. I explained to him what had just happened to me, and after asking me a couple of questions he nonchalantly said that I had passed through a portal. A long time friend of his sitting at the table agreed with him, and that explanation temporarily satisfied my need for an answer. But as hard as I tried I could not remember anything from the time that I had crossed over Rainbow and found myself at Arville, and my mind kept working on the void.
Two days after the meeting at the Rio my wife and I left for a book signing tour in New England, and I shared my experience with many of the people that I met. A few of them had asked me if I lost any time during the event, and I reminded them that when I crossed over Rainbow it was 10:30 AM, and it was still 10:30 AM when I found myself at Arville. So, no time lost, right?
But something started to gnaw at the back of my mind after I talked with the woman who had lost almost two hours of time, and shortly after that meeting something weird began to happen. There were several instances when I glanced at the dash clock in my van that 9:30 AM flashed before my eyes, and it was usually in the afternoon. After it happened four or five times I told my wife about it, and also told her that perhaps it was 9:30 when I called my friend, and not 10:30.
Shortly after we returned to Las Vegas, I asked my wife to get my cellular phone bill for the month of April, and my suspicion was confirmed. When I saw the exact time that I had called my friend a chill ran through my body. According to the itemized bill the call was made at 9:40 AM. I had lost 50 minutes of time, and I wish I knew, or could remember what happened during that event.
There is more to this incident. During the book-signing trip, on more than one occasion my wife saw someone standing over her when she woke up during the night, and when she went to wake me they disappeared. To our knowledge there was not any loss of time during those occurrences. Something else happened though that was not part of the norm. Whenever getting back to Vegas from a long trip it usually takes me a couple of days to get my old zip back. But that wasn't the case this time.
We had been back for a week, and each morning when I got up I was very tired. When I woke up on the eighth morning I was not only dead tired, my body ached like I was coming down with the flu. Fortunately the only symptom that I experienced was the aching, and that was gone sometime before noon. As I was standing at the kitchen sink filling the coffee pot that morning I looked out into the backyard, and I was mystified when I saw that our lawn was carpeted with a circle of white oleander flowers. The circle was 15 feet in diameter, and right below our bedroom window. The oleander flowers never end up on our lawn, even when we get a good windstorm. They always end up in the desert landscape that surrounds the bushes.
There's another event that I believe was connected with this incident. For the next 10 days after I saw that circle of oleander flowers on our lawn, I got a metallic taste in my mouth every time I discussed anything about my loss of time, Dulce, or Archuleta Mesa.
Lots of thoughts have gone through my mind since I discovered that loss of time, and I keep mentally rehashing the event, over and over again. I did most of my research regarding Dulce and Archuleta Mesa on the Internet. We all know that the Internet is an open media that can be easily monitored. I just wonder if the loss of time on April 26th, and the metallic taste I experienced had anything to do with the considerable amount of time that I spent on the Internet researching Dulce and Archuleta Mesa.
There is an old saying, “Where there is smoke, there is fire,” and I for one am totally convinced that many of the past UFO appearances, and the abductions that have been reported were real, and from what I have recently learned, it’s obvious to me that they haven’t stopped. There is one conclusion that I always come back to regarding this experience … I was a new kid on the block spending a lot of time digging into something that the government obviously wants to keep under wraps, and whomever or whatever wanted to know what I was up to. Coming to the point, I think that I was pulled aside for interrogation, or a mind probe, or to implant something in my body, such as what happened to the woman that I had interviewed. It could be all, part, or none of the above, but whatever happened to me, my instincts tell me that what I experienced was not random, and it happened for a specific reason.
I possess one piece of knowledge that crystallizes my firm conviction that all of the above is probable. I know a former NSA agent, and during a casual conversation he told me that he was involved in the Roswell, New Mexico cover up during the Eisenhower Administration … and he had a far away look in his eyes when he said it.
If you wish to learn more about Dulce, New Mexico and Archuleta Mesa, simply type each name in your favorite search engine. If you do decide to do a lot of digging, keep a close watch on your time, you too may find that you have a segment of time that you can’t account fo
