MIRACULOUS HEALING

Somewhere around 5:30 this morning the air around me turned chilly, and within moments I sensed a presence entering my body. Seconds later I felt it touch the base of my spine, which was quickly followed by the sound of disks snapping back into place. I'm positive that whatever the spirit did to my back was more than just an adjustment, especially since my posture is back to normal and the pain is gone. For the first time in too many months, I finally feel rested.Many people know about the lower back pain I suffered for more years than I care to remember, and the miraculous healing that took place in 1984. Unfortunately, over the past few months the pain returned, which exacerbated to severe general discomfort, but thankfully I didn’t have the sciatica I endured during the early 80s. Back pain can be very debilitating, affecting everything from quality of life to mood to vital functions. I saw a dove hovering outside my window yesterday, which in and of itself isn’t too strange since I’ve seen other types of birds do this before. But this dove was large and appeared ghostly and transparent. I looked straight at him, acknowledged his presence, and when I did I think it was his cue to leave. His exit was as mysterious as his appearance.I know there are those who will say the poetic mind wants to see the two incidents as one, totally misreading natural events as being supernatural. On the other hand, I am simply recounting two experiences that occurred within hours of each other. Yet I know others will say the opposite, emphasizing that these two events are just the tip of the iceberg.Edited by Rod C. Davis
